These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between The Young Shall Grow Travel Agency (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and you (“You,” “Your,” or “Participant”) regarding your booking and participation in tours organized by us. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
**2. Booking and Payment**
- To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of [50%] of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment is due [7] days before the tour departure date. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.
- Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
**3. cancellations and Refunds**
- Cancellations must be made in writing and received by us at least [14] days prior to the departure date.
- Cancellations made [7] days or less before the tour will incur a cancellation fee of [50%] of the total tour price.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or if you terminate your tour late.
