The Young Shall Grow Travel Consult Agency

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and travel services provided by The Young Shall Grow Travel Consult Agency for the Qatar Tour Package. By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tour bookings.

• Full payment must be completed no later than 14 days before departure.

• Bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transport, and tour services.

2. PRICES & PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

• All prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated.

• The package includes only the services clearly listed in the itinerary and “Package Includes” section.

• Any services not listed are considered excluded and will be charged separately.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Cancellations made 21 days or more before departure: 70% refund of total payment.

• Cancellations made 14–20 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made 7–13 days before departure: 25% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure or no-shows: No refund.

• Visa fees, bank charges, and third-party service fees are non-refundable.

4. VISA & IMMIGRATION

• Visa approval is subject to the rules and discretion of Qatari immigration authorities.

• The Agency is not responsible for visa rejection, delays, or deportation.

• Clients must provide accurate and complete documentation.

5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

• Clients must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents are correct and valid.

6. TOUR CHANGES & ITINERARY ADJUSTMENTS

• The Agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety, operational, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Any changes will be made in the best interest of the client without compromising the overall tour experience.

7. HEALTH, SAFETY & INSURANCE

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.

• The Agency is not liable for illness, injury, accidents, loss of property, or personal belongings during the tour.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clients must comply with local laws, cultural norms, and tour guide instructions.

• Any misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.

9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• The Agency acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, airlines, and activity operators).

• The Agency shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by third parties.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

• The Agency shall not be liable for events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or political instability.

11. PAYMENT METHODS

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or approved cash payment channels.

• All transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

• By making a booking and/or payment, the client confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.
