By booking a Dubai travel package with The Young Shall Grow Travel Consult Agency, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
Full payment must be completed before visa processing, ticket issuance, or hotel reservation confirmation.
Prices may change based on airline, hotel availability, and government fees.
2. Visa Processing
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Dubai/UAE Immigration Authorities.
The Young Shall Grow Travel Consult Agency is not responsible for visa refusal, delay, or rejection.
Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
3. Travel Documents
Clients must provide valid and authentic travel documents, including an international passport with at least 6 months validity.
Any errors in personal details submitted by the client may result in delays or denial of service, for which the agency will not be held liable.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Deposits and processed service fees are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on airline, hotel, and service provider policies.
5. Flight & Hotel Policy
Flight schedules and hotel accommodations are subject to availability and confirmation.
The agency is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, overbookings, or changes made by third-party providers.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.
The agency is not responsible for medical expenses, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or emergencies during travel.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients must comply with all UAE laws, immigration rules, and local regulations.
Any fines, penalties, or legal issues arising from client misconduct are the sole responsibility of the client.
8. Liability Disclaimer
The Young Shall Grow Travel Consult Agency acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, embassies, and tour operators).
The agency shall not be held liable for delays, losses, injuries, or damages caused by third-party providers or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Package Changes
The agency reserves the right to modify or substitute any part of the travel package due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances, while maintaining the overall service value.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
